Refund & replacement policy

Every forcepush tee is printed to order, just for you. Because of that we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or because a colour looks different on your screen than in daylight. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Misprints, damage and defects

If your tee arrives misprinted, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or refund it in full. Email hello@forcepush.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. No need to ship anything back.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days after dispatch, or the parcel is confirmed lost, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you. If the address you entered was incorrect, we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee a free replacement.

Cancellations

Orders go into production automatically. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. After that the tee is already being printed and can no longer be cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or PayPal.
