These terms apply to every order placed on this store ("forcepush", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

All products are printed to order by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Colours may vary slightly from the images shown, which include digitally rendered mockups. Sizing follows the garment manufacturer's chart shown on the product page.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed incorrectly.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The designs, text and images on this store are owned by forcepush. They are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
